The first monthly competition in the wood was a great success. Thanks to John for getting the course laid out and getting it all orgaised.
Now the winners!

Congratulations to all the members who took part in the Club’s inaugural “one a month” shoot in the woods last Sunday. There were some impressive scores despite the strong wind. Top score was Gordon with 23 out of 28.
There were issues raised about two targets which will be attended to before the next shoot. It is also possible that a couple more lanes can be added. The shoot (14 shots) took one hour to complete.
I hope you enjoyed the event, gained something from the practice, and will be back for the next Sunday shoot on 5th May 9:30 for 10:00 start Safety brief at the top of the hill.
The club AGM will be held at the range on the 17th September at 10am. Please remember to bring cash or cheque to pay for your membership.
Remember today is round 3 of the hft winter league hosted by us. Any non shooters please come and help out with marshalling or setting up.
To the visiting shooters, the parking slope is very slippy as always. Get a run up at the bottom and you should be ok. Try to get as high as possible without wheel spinning.
Please remember to close the gate behind your when you come through it we have decided not to leave it open at all even on Sundays.
NARC AGM on Sunday 25th September starting at 10am at the club ground.
It is important you attend or send your apologies.
Also please bring cash or a cheque to renew your membership. Last year the subs were £60.
